Barefoot running does not necessary mean doing all your training with your shoes off! It is a method of running that is completely natural, it is how we evolved to move before the invention of the shoe and is the most efficient form of locomotion. Unfortunately though it is not as simple as taking off your shoes and running, this is because we have grown up wearing shoes. It is a method that requires coaching using the principles of the POSE method.
