STEP BY STEP Movement Coaching

 

STEP 1 - Movement Assessment!

 

Video analysis of your movement patterns and fitness level. This session will identfiy individual goals and movement patterns to avoid injury. Here we establish a realistic time frame for reaching your goals.

 

 

STEP 2 - Let the Coaching begin!

 

After movement assessment you're ready to start training in the POSE method of Kettle Bells, Boxing and Running. Sessions will also incorporate strength, mobility and flexibilty through use of body bars and various drills. You're now on your way to getting functional, fit and lean!
